What goes around

When I’m working with you on a reboot session I like to use a Wheel of Life exercise to get things going as it helps you pin down those areas in your life that you’d like to do something about. The Wheel of Life can help you identify areas of your life where you'd like to make a change.

What is a Wheel of Life?

This wheel simply breaks your life down in to different areas such as fun, career, health etc. You then score your current satisfaction in these areas out of ten, where one is low and ten is high (here’s an example).

What will you spend the next 20 years of your life doing?

Without a vision your life could be likened to a ship without a rudder, your direction being dictated by the winds and tides.
